I’m Mick and together with my partner Rach (organisational genius!) we’ve been creating our distinctive style of wedding films for around seven years. We usually shoot solo for the lowest impact on your wedding day but sometimes we do get to spend a Saturday or two together on a larger wedding party! We have one dog, 2 horses and would probably be living on a remote croft in the Highlands with a ton of animals if we didn’t love shooting weddings so much.
We create engaging, contemporary wedding films that combine beautifully crafted editing with a unique filming style concentrating on documenting the real moments of your wedding day and being solely reliant on our ability to capture a true moment beautifully without resorting to interrupting it to get ‘the’ shot.
Our aim is capture your day naturally, elegantly and without your guests even realising you have had a filmmaker present.
The idea of the wedding film as just a recording of the wedding day has changed beyond recognition.
The story of your own wedding film begins the moment we first raise the camera to our eye’s on the wedding day. From that first frame we’re composing, memorising and structuring what will eventually be the story of your day, personal to you alone and presented in the most artistic way possible.
By remaining in the background with the minimum of impact on your day we’re able to capture your wedding naturally and beautifully with no staged shots or interruptions. At the end of the day most guests will never even realise you had a wedding filmaker present… until you show them your stunning wedding film.
