PECKFORTON CASTLE WEDDING VIDEO: DANIEL & CLAUDIA
Every season has its own charms but a Peckforton Castle wedding video in Autumn can create the most stunning shots of all.
What started as a damp Cheshire day in mid October allowed a window of brightness to come through before the wedding breakfast just in time for a short walk with Daniel and Claudia in the beautiful russet tones of the Peckforton Castle woodland.
Shooting again with our good friend Nick English on photography means we could wrap up a concise and relaxed unposed shoot in around 10 minutes both working to capture Daniel and Claudia as naturally as possible. You can tell straight away when an emotion is forced or directed so working with a photographer like Nick is essential to the way I create my films. It is so important to invest in suppliers that compliment and not contradict each other’s styles and nowhere is this more apparent than when you view the work each photographer or videographer produces..
PECKFORTON CASTLE MEANS WONDERFUL LIGHT
Filming a Peckforton Castle wedding video means I can look forward to that marvellous window light form both the great hall and also in the mullioned windows of the bridal suites. This means preparation filming allows for wonderful and natural shots like the one below, completely unposed as Claudia prepared to have her wedding dress buttoned.
Having a one-of-a-kind venue like Peckforton Castle as a backdrop for your wedding day means your wedding videographer and photographer will be spoilt for choice when it comes to jaw dropping images. The golden hour shot that is the cover image of Claudia and Dans Peckforton Castle wedding video above could never have been captured at any other venue at any other time of day. It’s knowing when to shoot as much as what to shoot that makes choosing a professional essential to capturing your wedding day as perfectly as possible.
WEDDINGS AT PECKFORTON CASTLE
Since we first started filming weddings back in 2009 we have shot at least one or two times at Peckforton Castle most years. It’s a Cheshire wedding videographers dream venue as the grandeur of a castle lends itself to either wildly opulent wedding decoration or a more restrained and classical ornamentation, the surroundings and architecture suit either type of wedding just as well.
The full feature film came to just under 20 minutes but for the trailer film I concentrated on a slower and more emotional narrative homing in on deeper feelings of the day. If you are thinking of marrying at Peckforton Castle or are interested in our other work as a Cheshire wedding videographer please see the form below.
