Alex and Ellen had the most glorious setting for their wedding ceremony at the incredible St Marys Church at Stonyhurst College in the beautiful Ribble Valley. Living only a few miles away means a Stonyhurst wedding video is something we’ve been lucky enough to capture many times over the years.
Stonyhurst College is located close to the geographic centre of Great Britain is an exclusive private school with an illustrious cast of previous pupils including the former CEO of the New York Times, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and even serving as the home of J R R Tolkien as he wrote the Lord of the Rings.
Fittingly for a wedding location steeped in so much history, the college and stunning St Marys Jesuit Church are almost characters themselves in Alex and Ellen’s beautiful Stonyhurst wedding video.

The nearby Mitton Hall provided an equally impressive reception venue with the wedding guests treated to Mitton halls renowned culinary skills for the four course wedding breakfast before dancing beneath a canopy of flowers in the glass roofed orangery.
